Enso Integration LLC ("Enso AI," "we," "our," or "us") operates the ensointegration.ai website — the company site introducing Enso AI and its two products, Enso PM and Enso FM.
1. Scope of this policy
This policy covers only the ensointegration.ai website — the pages you're reading now. It explains what we collect when you browse this site or contact us here.
It does not cover use of Enso PM or Enso FM themselves. If you're a customer of either product — or someone an AI agent communicates with on a customer's behalf, such as a tenant, prospect, technician, or caller — that product's own privacy policy governs instead:

2. Information we collect on this site
- Contact and inquiry information you provide — name, work email, company name, and anything you write to us — when you reach out through our contact page, by email, or through the text assistant.
- Usage data — pages viewed, links clicked (including which product card you follow), and general session activity.
- Device and browser data — IP address, browser type, and operating system.
- Referral data — UTM parameters and referring URLs, so we understand how visitors find this site.
- Cookies — see Section 6.
We do not process tenant, technician, or caller data on this site — that only happens inside the Enso PM and Enso FM services themselves, under their own policies.
3. How we use this information
- Respond to inquiries and route them to the right product team
- Generate answers to questions you submit through the text assistant
- Understand which parts of the site are useful, and to whom
- Detect and prevent abuse of this website
- Comply with legal obligations
4. Sharing of information
We do not sell your information. We may share it with:
- Service providers who help us run this site — hosting, email delivery, and the contracted AI provider used to answer text-assistant questions
- Legal and regulatory authorities, when required by law
- A successor entity, in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets
5. Retention
Contact and inquiry information is kept only as long as needed to respond to you and for a reasonable follow-up period — generally no more than 24 months — unless you ask us to delete it sooner.
6. Cookies
The text assistant keeps its visible conversation only in page memory while the page remains open; it does not write that conversation to cookies, sessionStorage, or localStorage. When you send a question, the current conversation context is transmitted to Enso and its contracted AI provider to generate a response. This site does not currently load an analytics identifier and does not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. You can control any browser-stored site data through your browser settings.
7. Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of the personal information we hold about you from this website. To exercise any of these rights, contact privacy@ensointegration.ai.
8. Children
This site is intended for business visitors and is not directed to individuals under the age of 18.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision.
