Enso AI

The platform

One core, two front lines.

Enso PM and Enso FM look like two different products because they answer to two different jobs. Underneath, they run on the same voice, email, and SMS agent core — trained differently per front line, never rebuilt from scratch.

Every channel comes in the same way

Voice

Answers the line — telephony in, agent on the call.

Email

Reads and replies inline, threads full conversations.

SMS

Texts tenants, prospects, and on-call crews directly.

The agent loop

The same four-step loop runs underneath every conversation, on either product.

1

Answer

Every call, text, and email gets a response — no voicemail, no missed thread, any hour.

2

Qualify

Asks the right follow-up questions for the situation: a tour request, a maintenance issue, an emergency.

3

Act

Books the tour, opens the work order, or routes to the right on-call person — logged as it happens.

4

Hand off

Escalates to a human the moment a conversation needs one. The agent never pretends otherwise.

Trained differently per front line, never rebuilt

Same underlying agent core. Each product gets its own knowledge, questions, and escalation rules for the job it does.

Enso PM

Trained on leasing conversations — tour scheduling, availability, tenant maintenance intake — and on the rhythm of a property management office.

Enso FM

Trained on trade dispatch — urgency triage, site access, on-call routing — and on what an after-hours emergency call actually needs answered first.

Plugs into what you run

Neither product asks you to rip out your software.

Enso PM

Connected to Buildium, Rent Manager, DoorLoop, and more — systems that publish an open API, so your leasing and maintenance workflows stay where they already live.

Enso FM

Connects to your dispatch board and crew texts, however your shop already runs — no named system to switch to.

Questions, answered

Is Enso PM the same AI as Enso FM?
Same underlying voice, email, and SMS agent core — see above. Each product then runs its own configuration: intake questions, escalation rules, hours, and integrations, tuned for a leasing office or a trade shop respectively.
What happens when the agent can't handle something?
It hands off to a person rather than guessing. That's step four of the loop on every conversation, not a fallback bolted on afterward.
Does Enso replace the software we already use?
No. Enso PM connects to Buildium, Rent Manager, and DoorLoop. Enso FM connects to your dispatch board and crew texts. Neither one asks you to move your data or change how your team already works.
Can the agent be configured for how we work?
Yes — each organization's agent runs its own intake questions, urgency rules, and escalation contacts rather than a one-size-fits-all script.
Is there a sales process, or can we just start?
It depends which product. Enso FM is self-serve — set up in under 5 minutes, no call required. Enso PM is demo-led — request a demo directly on ensopm.ai.
